These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Beauty Products BD website, create an account, browse products, place an order, make a payment, receive a delivery or use any of our related services.

By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions together with any other applicable policies published by Beauty Products BD.

1. Account & Customer Responsibility

A valid account is required to place an order through our website. Customers must provide accurate and genuine information when creating an account, placing an order and completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account, password and login information secure. Unauthorized use of another person's account or identity is not permitted.

2. Product Age Guidance

Beauty Products BD does not sell adult products. However, manufacturers of certain skincare or cosmetic products may recommend that their products not be used below a particular age. Customers are responsible for following any age guidance, warnings and usage instructions provided on the product or its packaging.

3. One Active Order at a Time

A customer/account generally cannot place another new order until the current order has been shipped.

If additional products are required, the customer may request changes to the existing order before shipment. However, depending on the processing stage, all changes may not always be possible.

4. Prices, Currency & Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Applicable VAT/Tax is currently included in the displayed product price and is not added separately. Beauty Products BD reserves the right to change this policy in the future where necessary.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

5. Adding a Product to the Cart Does Not Reserve Its Price

Adding a product to your cart does not lock or reserve its current price. The price generally applicable at the time the order is confirmed will apply.

6. Coupons, Discounts & Promotions

One eligible product/order coupon and one eligible delivery coupon may be used together on the same order.

Multiple coupons of the same type cannot be applied to a single order. Expired, invalid or otherwise ineligible coupons will not be accepted.

Promotional offers and coupons may be subject to specific time periods, stock availability, eligible products or other campaign conditions.

7. Orders, Payments & Delivery

Order confirmation, order changes, cancellation, advance payments, Cash on Delivery, shipping charges, delivery times and failed deliveries are governed by our applicable Order Policy, Payment Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Incorrect products, damaged products, customer-initiated returns, exchanges, opened products and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Product Information & Results

Results from skincare and cosmetic products may vary from person to person. Product information, patch testing, manufacturer updates, usage, allergies, suitability and result-related matters are subject to our Product Disclaimer.

10. Reselling Products

Customers may resell products legitimately purchased from Beauty Products BD.

However, resellers should not provide false, misleading or exaggerated product information that conflicts with official manufacturer information.

11. Products Purchased from Other Sources

Beauty Products BD is not responsible for the authenticity, quality, damage or other issues relating to products that were not purchased from us and were instead obtained from another reseller, marketplace, individual or unauthorized source. Return, refund or authenticity complaints against Beauty Products BD regarding such products will not be accepted.

Attempting to hack the website, obtain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, manipulate payment or checkout systems, create fake accounts, bypass security measures, conduct harmful automated activity or interfere with the normal operation of the website is prohibited.

Where customer reviews, comments or other user-generated content are available, Beauty Products BD reserves the right to review, hide, moderate or remove content that is spam, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Logo, Content & Intellectual Property

Beauty Products BD's original logo, banners, written content, blog material, graphics, website design, promotional materials and other proprietary content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified or commercially used without our permission.

Beauty Products BD does not directly control the systems, policies, downtime or operations of courier companies, payment gateways, mobile financial services, banks, internet providers or other third-party service providers.

17. Website Availability & Technical Downtime

Some or all website services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, software updates, network problems, cyber incidents, third-party disruptions or other technical circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beauty Products BD's liability may be limited for losses resulting from inaccurate customer information, improper product use, third-party service failure, unauthorized account use or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
