Delivery Time
Once an order is confirmed, delivery is generally completed within the following timeframes:
- Dhaka District: Within 1–2 days
- Upazila and surrounding areas of Dhaka District: Within 1–3 days
- Other 63 districts outside Dhaka: Within 1–5 days
We primarily use Pathao Courier to deliver parcels across Bangladesh.

Parcel Receiving Procedure
Customers are responsible for opening the outer parcel box in the presence of the delivery person and checking whether all ordered products have been received correctly and in the correct quantity.
Once the order has been checked and found to be correct, any outstanding amount must be paid to the delivery person before accepting the parcel.
Wrong or Damaged Products
If, during inspection in the presence of the delivery person, the customer finds that an incorrect product has been sent, the quantity is incorrect, or a product is visibly damaged, the customer may refuse to accept the parcel and return it through the delivery person.
If the issue occurred due to an error on our part, the customer will not be charged any additional delivery fee. We will send the correct or replacement product, or arrange an exchange, completely free of delivery charges.
Customer-Initiated Return
If there is no error or defect on our part and the customer chooses not to accept or decides to return the parcel for personal reasons, the applicable delivery charge will be deducted from any amount already paid. Any remaining balance may then be refunded to the customer.
Delivery Delays
The delivery timeframes stated above are estimated under normal circumstances. Delivery may take longer due to courier operational delays, public holidays, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes or blockades, unusually high order volumes during campaigns, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to follow up with the courier and have the parcel delivered as soon as possible. Delivery on a specific date is not guaranteed unless it has been separately confirmed.
