Beauty Products BD was founded by Rima Akter, who began the business from home by selling a Thai soap. Her husband, brother and other family members later joined and supported the journey. What began as a small family initiative gradually developed into an organized online beauty business.

From Pen & Paper to Automation

In the early days, orders and records were managed manually with pen and paper. As the business grew, we continuously improved our systems to provide better customer service and more efficient order management.

Sometimes the Responsible Advice Is Not to Buy

If we believe a product may not be suitable for a customer, a skin condition appears serious, or the customer's expectations may be unrealistic, we do not recommend a product simply to complete a sale. Where appropriate, we may advise the customer not to purchase the product.

No Unrealistic Guarantees

Skincare products do not produce identical results for every person. For this reason, we avoid unrealistic guarantees and exaggerated promises about product results.

Instead, we value genuine customer experiences and feedback. If a product repeatedly receives unsatisfactory feedback, we review whether it should continue to be offered and may stop selling it where appropriate.

Product Sourcing & Quality

Most of our products originate outside Bangladesh. Some are sourced through local importers and distributors, while selected products may be specially ordered through import partners.

When sourcing products, we consider quality, manufacturing standards and compliance information provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Certification, approval and regulatory status may vary depending on the individual product and manufacturer.

A Fully Online Business

Beauty Products BD operates as an online-only business. We do not operate a retail showroom or physical shop for customer purchases.

Our office is used for order processing, inventory management, customer support and business operations and is not open as a customer showroom or consultation center.

We sell and deliver products throughout Bangladesh. Home delivery is arranged wherever supported by the relevant courier service and its operational coverage.
